Q: I have submitted and purchased my ad. Can I make a change to it before it publishes?

Changes to ads within the portal are not permitted once they have passed the publication print or digital deadline, or outside of Business Operating hours and/or within 24 hours before publication.

Q: Can I reschedule my ad:

Yes, but you must reschedule your ad within 3 business days prior to the first selected publication date and before 4pm EST. The deadline may be earlier if the publication date is during a holiday.

To reschedule your ad, sign into your classified's marketplace account. After sign-in, the system automatically navigates to your main page, where your ad is shown. Under your ad, click the link that reads "reschedule ad" and follow the directions through the process to reschedule your ad.

Please note: when you arrive on the step with the scheduling calendar, you must click on the previously selected date in yellow to deselect it. You will then be able to see the available dates in gray and select your new preferred date.

Q: Can I renew my ad with updates or changes?

Yes. You can renew your ad at any time. You have the option to update all fields of copy and photos for both print and digital ads.

Please Note: You must update each field in the print and online ad steps.

Q: When will my ad be published?

Your ad will be published on your selected publishing date, only once you have completed your payment and our internal approval process is complete.

Please Note: Saving your ad does not guarantee that it will be published. Payment is required before publication deadline in order for your ad to appear.

Q: What is the difference between a Print and a Digital Ad?

Print ads are published in the Classifieds Marketplace section of the physical print newspaper and the E-newspaper of your selected publication. The E-newspaper can be found on the local publication's website. Print ads have a limited amount of text, photo, and illustration add-ons.

Digital ads are published on the Classifieds Marketplace webpage that is found on the local publication's website. Online ads have an extended amount of text, photos and illustration add-ons.
